We provide data center setup, server deployment, network implementation, cloud security, and web hosting services, along with associated managed operations and support.

Customers must use our services for lawful purposes only and must not engage in activities that compromise network security, service integrity, or the rights of others.

Customers must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws when using our services. You are responsible for your content, accounts, and system configurations.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect infrastructure and data, but customers are responsible for safeguarding their own credentials, keys, and access.

Services are billed as per agreed contracts and are due as stated on invoices. Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are cleared.

We monitor infrastructure 24/7 and engineer for high availability. Specific uptime targets, credits, and exclusions are defined in your service-level agreement.

Managed plans include proactive monitoring, scheduled maintenance windows, and technical support. Urgent issues are prioritized based on severity and impact.

Customers retain ownership of their content and data. We retain ownership of our platforms, tools, code, and deliverables unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or downtime caused by external factors beyond our reasonable control, such as network outages, force majeure, or third-party failures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
